The personal information we collect from our athletes and sports mentors, as well as our other suppliers is actually very limited. We may collect details (names, telephone numbers and email addresses) to ensure our relationship with you runs smoothly. Sports mentor and supplier data is processed under the lawful basis of contractual necessity.

We may hold extra information that someone in your organisation has chosen to tell us. If we need any other additional information from you, we will let you know.


How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Our Company securely stores your data at Heroku EU Servers(Ireland). We limit access to your personal data to those SPORTSESSION.COM employees, sports mentors and other third parties who need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with suspected personal data breaches and will notify you where we are legally required to do so.

However, SPORTSESSION.COM, cannot be held liable for any breaches of said security that are out of our control. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the security of data you send over the internet and that your information is sent at your own risk.


How long does SPORTSESSION.COM keep personal data for?

By law, we are required to keep basic information about our members (including contact, identity, financial and transaction data) for seven years after they cease being members, for tax purposes. Other personal information can be deleted.

You can send a request to delete your personal data to [email protected] at any time.
You can also delete your data in your profile by pressing “Delete account”. Your personal information will be deleted immediately.


Your Rights: controlling personal information

Video sessions

During video sessions booked on our website, you will be using our internal video system, SPORSESSION.COM will share some of your data with our partner service Agora to make video calls available for you. As a third party, Agora platform cannot use, change, send, sell your data or use it in any other way if it is not necessary to provide you with its services. Your video calls are not and will not be recorded. After the end of the call neither Agora nor us hold any information shared during the call.


Why does SPORTSESSION.COM use cookies?

SPORTSESSION.COM uses cookies to make our website work, or work more efficiently, as well as providing information to the owners of the site.
