I discovered Yoga nearly 10 years ago. I was seeking an escape from the noise of everyday life and i was not disappointed. Yoga challenges me, not just physically but mentally. Practicing gives me the tools to quieten the every day chatter of my mind.
Yoga has opened up my mind to leading a more meaningful existence.
I felt drawn to take my teacher training to be able to pass on what i have learned and give others the tools to find moment of calm in the fast pace of the modern world.
