I have been practicing yoga since 2011 and realized that the mental part of yoga taught me to trust my intuition. I have been teaching yoga since 2018 and my intention is to create awareness in people how to connect with their body using yoga. Genuine and sustainable yoga practice supports to continue the evolution of the physical and emotional health of individuals. Exploring inner-self with yoga practice and self-transformation in a comfortable and non-judgmental space is a great opportunity to find how to deal with the struggles. Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender and flexibility.

My method is to create awareness in people how to connect with their body and breathe using yoga. Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender and flexibility so the critical point is being mindful on what you are practicing. Each and everyone is unique so we should adapt our yoga practice to our needs and limits.
