For my private classes, I tend to conduct the session in the client's home, for their convenience. However, if the client does not have space or would rather have their class outside of the home I offer a studio space.
About the session
I offer my clients not only a yoga class but a space to explore & overcome emotional and subsequent physical barriers. Prior to our first session, I suggest a free consultation, in order for my student to ask any questions & get to know me and my teaching style. While also, discussing their level & goals. From this information, I create a completely bespoke class plan that is uniquely tailored to each individual.
In each class I begin with a specific meditation and breathwork, centering around the client’s current mental state. We then go through a sequence of classical vinyasa and Hatha asana with lots of technical adjustments; the sequence becomes, little by little, more dynamic and advanced in each class, so my student can see their progression and ease into the poses week by week. At the end of my classes, I focus on mindful healing; guiding my client through a more in-depth meditation, along with aroma therapy, Savasana massage & sound bath.
I like to keep an honest and open relationship with each client; I offer constant support, and encouragement for my client to tell me how they feel before and after class, what they want more of, etc. Overall, I offer each client an opportunity to build inner and outer strength & to create a strong foundation of self-belief, from the inside out.
