These are common problems faced by people living in today's modern society. Our brains are bombarded with more information than ever before from external sources such as the media, television, mobile phones, books etc. In order to find peace, contentment and stillness within ourselves, it's necessary to de-clutter our mind from the external sensory inputs, to clear space and reconnect with ourselves. Yoga can provide this relief for the MIND.
Through exploring the physical poses of yoga (asanas) we can connect to our BODY. In this age of information overload, we are constantly living in our mind and becoming more disconnected with our body. This extends to how we sit, stand, walk and breathe. How often during the day do you pay attention to your body? Many people only pay attention to the body when it's crying out for attention through pain, injury and tension. Yoga creates bodily awareness. For most of my life I lived in my body like it was a shell/casing for my mind. Since discovering yoga I have been introduced to my body as a source of great joy, pleasure and wonderment. The body is an incredible organism full of wisdom and intelligence. Yoga can help you unlock the power of your body, breath and mind.
My practice is focused on yoga as a MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT practice with a clear focus on breathwork, linking movement to breath, and strengthening the mind-body connection.

About the session
I offer a free consultation/first session to discuss your needs, goals and my offering. My sessions include the physical poses (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation as well as elements of yoga philosophy. I can also incorporate self-reflection and self-enquiry activities into my sessions depending upon your needs, desires and goals. My physical yoga flows are creative flows with options provided throughout to cater for different levels. I also incorporate elements of qigong into the physical practice as it's a great complimentary practice to yoga with a focus on movement and breath to balance your mind, body and spirit/chi/energy.

This is an independent platform that facilitates the connection of sports coaches and clients through enabling coaches to create profiles. We vet, research and remove coaches and clients on a best endeavours basis when a breach of our policies has occurred. We are not liable for any issues that occur while using connections facilitated through our platform.

Profile assessment - Coaches who apply to list on our site are assessed before approval.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
