About the session
It has been a privilege to work with such passionate and complex human beings in elite sport; each of which possessing their own identities, experiences, passions, and values. These concepts of deeper wellbeing are inseparable from performance. I therefore employ existential psychological theory and a phenomenological approach to my practice to meet the individual needs of the person opposite me in a collaborative manner. My psychological provision is also integrative in nature. My cognitive and positive psychology expertise from my PhD affords me proficiency in skills such as mental skills techniques and motivational interviewing. Further, I work alongside employees of all levels within sporting organisations to promote a psychologically informed environment. This ensures the psychosocial and emotional needs of all individuals are understood, respected, and embraced. Regardless of the task, I provide a passionate and empathetic demeanour to build a strong rapport and trust with athletes to help them be the best humans that they can – on and off the pitch.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
