Hello, I'm a dedicated Performance Psychologist with a unique background. My journey started in mental health services, where I spent five transformative years honing my skills and understanding the human psyche. This experience has equipped me with a skill set that translates perfectly into sports psychology.
Competitive sports can be a high-pressure environment, such as elevated performance expectations, fear of failure, risk of injury, and intense public and media scrutiny. As an athlete, these pressures can feel like a heavyweight, dragging down your performance and affecting your mental well-being. This is where I come in. I've worked with clients across the spectrum - from those dealing with mental health difficulties to recreational athletes, professional athletes on GB squads, and competitors in national and international leagues. I bring this wealth of experience to our sessions, providing tailored support that addresses your unique needs.
My approach is all about fostering positive, lasting change. I work closely with you to identify the habits that may be holding you back and replace them with adaptive patterns that promote consistent performance and mental resilience.
