Hi I'm Lucy, a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher based in London! I originally trained as a professional dancer and have spent years travelling the world performing on cruise ships. Last year I decided to settle down in London and turn my attention towards teaching.

You can expect to find a focus on alignment and posture in my classes, and a comfortable and inclusive environment whether it's your first or fiftieth Pilates class.
