About
Physical and mental wellbeing have always been a passion for me and when I started incorporating Pilates into my movement practice, I was hooked! I'm not only a strong advocate of the immense physical benefits of Pilates but also of the mental strength it builds. I'm especially drawn to the low-impact nature and breath-focussed essence of the Pilates. I am amazed by what our bodies can do and I'm always looking for creative ways to deepen mine and my clients' practice. After experiencing first hand, the transformative powers of Pilates, I am passionate about helping others experience the life-changing benefits of a consistent Pilates practice.
