I discovered Pilates in 2016 when I wanted to build body strength in an injury free way. I started Pilates, and I’ve never looked back.
I am a mat work Level 3 and a STOTT Pilates Certified mat instructor. Also trained in Pre & Post Natal mat Pilates.
