I am a Pilates Mat Instructor holding a "YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates".
I am also a CIMSPA member for continuous improvement.

I love teaching mat Pilates mixing with functional exercises. I observe you at first lesson and listen carefully, and then prepare lesson plans for the next sessions for your needs.

The Session

50 min Online Pilates classes (Beginner or intermediate level) I prepare each class for your specific needs. I help you to get better posture, strong core, increased endurance and flexibility. Hope to see you soon!
