My personal experience co-owning and running weights and bodybuilding gym inspired me to look for more holistic ways to approach health and well-being.
Early in my career, I realised that health was more than just a gym membership and a green daily juice and that the quality of our relationships especially the one we have with ourselves plays a very important role.
Through my gentle approach, I guide my clients to find peace with themselves, their bodies, and their minds.

I am qualified as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, nutrition advisor and holistic wellness coach. My experiences range from owning my own weights and bodybuilding gym to working with hundreds of clients, so your struggles will be very familiar. I blend all my experience and certifications for my sessions to create a tailor-made solution for your needs. My expertise is in helping you feel relaxed and feel confident in your own skin. I offer gentle and restorative yoga flows to help you calm your nervous system and balance your emotional states, creating more harmony between your body and mind. If you want to build strength and endurance and tone up your body, we will create a low-impact session perfect for new beginners to gently open up your body and build a natural and lasting confidence in yourself and your body.
