About the session

Clients will be performing resistance based training specific to their sport and individual needs. Goal setting and structured programming will be the foundation of my coaching. Mixed with accurate and frequent feedback. In addition, with monitoring of progressing.

He will take accountability of his role in coaching, focussing on the controllables. He is a scholar of the sport and never shys aware from sharing new ideas with his pears. His experience in return from injuries and tenacity to deal with setbacks and see the positives is incomparable to any athlete I have ever trained with. I put this down to his psychology and mindset both on and off the track and something that I think is often missed in the coaching process. You will benefit from Richards personal experiences during difficult periods such as injuries, off the track stresses and periods of high pressure (competitions, exams etc). I have benefitted greatly from his mentorship, which have directed my future learnings and amendments in my schedule. The man is totally relatable, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about health and makes you feel that you the only client and person in the room. Richard is a great PT. Very organised and motivational. At first, I had no idea what I was doing and all the info he needed was age, weight and goals, and he had made me a 2 week workout plan. Through each week he would check my progress and tell when I did good and where to improve without injury. My progress is beautiful just stay consistent, as Richard would say !

Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.

Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.

Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy

We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.

Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.

Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.

Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.

Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.

Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
