Hi, my name is Mila, I'm 46 years old qualified Personal Trainer. I offer personal training for all abilities but specialise particularly for women over 40 helping change their life and well-being using fitness and nutrition together to plan the most simple and realistic way possible to feel and look their best. I'm equipped with the knowledge and skills to help and assist clients in achieving their fitness goal regardless of current fitness level, health and experience.
On my example, I will teach you how to be in love with fitness, to see lasting result rather than achieve a quick one, which is temporary.
I will guide you in how to change nutritional habits without dieting and still be able to enjoy your favourite treats and nights out. I will break a myth that weight training makes women look "bulky", instead, with the right training program, which I offer, you look lean, feminine and sexy.

It can be in your hotel room, cottage or your backyard. All you need is a little space to stand, a good viewing point and Wifi, laptop , tablet or phone.
About the session
We will begin with FREE online Consultation/Assessment, this will help me understand your fitness level in helping to establish realistic goals. You will receive a tailored exclusive exercise program specific to your goals and preferences. Whether it's improve endurance, functional fitness, weight loss or to maintain a healthier , fit body. You will be provided with the most efficient time saving cardio and weightlifting workout to achieve your ultimate goal. Meal Coaching: My meal guides are not based on fad or deprivation, I provide the knowledge you need to feel confident about cooking, and eating healthy at home or on the go. I will teach you that you don't have to sacrifice the food you love to look the way you want, will help you make meal choices at restaurants ahead of time so that you don't feel stressed going out for dinner with friends. You will gain tools and confidence that will stay with you forever. Tracking Results: Tracking your progress bring you confidence and keeps motivated. I will track your progress from the beginning and during your program with measurements, taking pictures, weight-in and feedback, to allow adjustment to be made when needed in order to continually move towards your goal

Profile assessment - Coaches who apply to list on our site are assessed before approval.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
