I work at Until in Soho which has an amazing gym facility offering the best space to train in Central London. With a VALD performance suite, I can test your physical performance and then devise bespoke training for you to improve and exceed your current physical ability. With a 3000 sq.ft gym floor designed to deliver the very best 1-2-1 training experience for their clients.

James has been my strength and conditioning coach for nearly 2 years. I was initially referred to him by a Consultant Rheumatologist to help strengthen my bones following a post coeliac disease diagnosis of osteoporosis. James put together a specific programme that I could also easily follow on my own, focussing on increasing the load in key areas, as well as overall body strength. This is continuously amended as I have become stronger. James knows exactly what I am capable of, which is more that I would have thought myself, which has also given me enormous confidence. James also assessed and adjusted my running technique, and devised a running programme for me, as I had enjoyed running in the past but didn’t feel my knees were now up to it. He monitors this regularly and I am now running again with no problems whatsoever. I feel in very safe hands with James. I find our sessions motivating, confidence inspiring and enjoyable. I could not recommend him enough.

James is a gifted and versatile coach combining intellect, depth and breadth of knowledge to build confident athletes. After two rounds of surgery on a persistent slipped disc I thought it was unlikely that I could return to competitive sport, but he was able to assess the underlying issues and address them from the ground up. Over several months we moved swiftly and safely from rehab to general performance to targeting and achieving specific performance goals. Whatever stage you are at, whatever your ambitions, James can help you get to where you want to be and help you think about setting new goals. He will hear you out in full and will reflect thoughtfully on what you have to say, and is then able to communicate the theory behind his coaching decisions. He’s also an all-round great guy.

Cannot recommend James enough as a strength & conditioning coach - he has great knowledge and understanding of how to my improve performance for rugby. He takes a very individual approach to assess my goals for rugby and deliver a personalised plan to help me achieve them.

I've always struggled to stay injury free when attempting to improve my running performance. But after working with James for a number of months on a personalised plan, I was able to finally get that elusive sub 20 5km and set a PB in 10km. I would highly recommend James as a S & C coach.

A keen runner in my 50’s, I’d gone from couch to 5k, 10k and then running half marathons but I was plagued by a stream of niggling injuries. James evolved the programme as I got stronger and has been expert in quickly adapting it to address any aches and pains. Within a year I’d completed the Brighton marathon and I’m running London 2022. I always thought that if I just ran more miles, I’d become a better runner. James has taught me that a tailored program of strength and fitness exercises involving the whole body and which adapts over time is a critical addition to running. It was essential to achieving my goals. James is very knowledgeable, flexible and has been dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I really couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy

We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.

Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.

Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.

Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.

Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.

Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
