Hi there! my name is Victoria, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and for over 4 years I have been helping people to build up new habits and reach their health and fitness goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or improving overall physical condition.
As your coach I will guide your during this process with nutritional suggestion and I will create training plans just for you, focused on your specific capacities and goals, whether you have access to a full equipped gym or little equipment.

I will create a costume made training program focused or your goals, wether you are looking for weight loss, muscle gain or improve your physical condition. In our first session we will talk about goals, possible obstacles, nutrition and habbits, we will also do some physical assesments. Each training session last 60 minutes, we will start with a warm up, core and balance exercises, followed by strength training, cardio exercises (optional) and finish with stretches.
