I am Tatiana, a skilled fitness instructor, personal trainer, and entrepreneur. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. I love to assist others on their wellness journey, I think it is such a beautiful and rewarding experience to see others better themself physically and mentally. I help women tone up & get flexible through dance-fitness NOT just the Gym 🏋🏾‍♀️, I am the owner of ChargedUp.Mvmt, which was established in 2021. ChargedUp.Mvmt combines dance, fitness and flexibility in order to help women get healthier, stronger and flexible with or without using the gym ! Through the classes and programmes we provide, we aim to help improve women's health in the simplest and most realistic way possible.

Level 2 Fitness instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Rebound Fit Instructor

Combining resistance training and cardio, this will advocate lean muscle growth, fat reduction and better health overall. Each workout has a listed set and rep range to ensure that you are getting the most out of this programme. With mobility and flexibility exercises incorporated to help you perform better and reduce risk of injury. The programme will challenge you !
