Hello, I am James, I am a personal trainer and I have a passion for many things from adventure in the mountains to facing challenges I could easily fail in the day to day. I have experienced the fruit of integrating values into my life which enable a holistically healthy lifestyle. Having lived and worked in places like South Africa and Hawaii, I have worked alongside a wide spectrum of people, constantly learning and discovering what living a life of success looks like.
I think that physical activity is the best way to reveal our greatest strengths and better yet, our mountains to conquer! Through my own journey of participating in competitive team sports and personal adventure sports like trail running, climbing and mountaineering, I have benefited hugely from creating structures and values to facilitate the outcomes I desire. I have placed myself in some of the best gyms in London to be able to take my clients on an adventure in the gym to fulfil their potential and push themselves beyond their known window of tolerance.
Training shouldn't be a chore, but an adventure! Hopefully we can work together, have fun, smash some goals and enjoy being taught by the failures!

I work from two main spaces within Central London. I work within a personal training gym called UNTIL in Liverpool Street and Soho. This offers state of the art facilities for both training and rehabilitation, including a hyperbaric chamber and cryochamber which help with muscle recovery and muscular regeneration. The other location is 50 Fenchurch Street. This is a 1-1 training studio which allows for more of a private space to train. It has free weights, TRX capabilities, a squat rack, cable machine and a treadmill.
Facilities
A private 1-1 and semi private exclusive gym facility to train. Each space also has changing rooms, showers and towels all provided.
About the session
1-1 personal training coaching that can be personalised to bespoke requests of clients. A full health assessment every 12 weeks to help steer both sessions and nutrition. The assessment includes blood examination to see blood glucose, CHOL and HDL levels.

Profile assessment - Coaches who apply to list on our site are assessed before approval.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
