I am a fully qualified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I run a reasonably successful company called Fighting Fit Studio where I offer 1 to 1 fitness sessions and group exercise sessions that use fighting techniques and exercises to build strength, flexibility and endurance in a fun way. Also good for self-protection skills.
I am a female-run company that is also LGBTQ-friendly.
I have over 15 years experience in the fitness injury both as a coach and with my own training skills.

Clients can opt to do training using kickboxercise, circuits, strength / sport development either in my garage or in local parks. For bodybuilding and strength training I use Olympic weights and kettlebells, sports development will include the use of circuits, weights, and kettlebells. For weight loss, I offer nutritional information and workouts to achieve targetted goals. Kickboxercise uses pad work and body-weighted exercises to improve strength, mental focus, flexibility and self-protection techniques.
