Nutrition with Stephanie
"If you change nothing, nothing will change."
I’m a foodie with a life-long fascination with food, its amazing properties and how they can truly affect your health and wellbeing.
I believe that food should be simple, nutritious and energising but most of all – delicious and enjoyable! No fad diets, but whole natural foods.
My previous background was working in the Financial Services industry in the City of London for a number of years, before deciding to change career completely and realise my dream of becoming a Nutritional Therapist. I retrained with the acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition completing the four-year professional-level diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine as well as being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council government body.
I have worked with hundreds of clients (across the UK and internationally), enjoying building trusted relationships with them, working alongside them to bring positive change in their quality of life.
I help support, motivate and educate to improve my clients' health and lifestyle - so that they may have increased energy, vitality and improvement in their overall wellbeing.
- Insurance covered with all of my clients
At least 48-hours prior to the intitial consultation, I’d ask that a 3-day food diary and health questionnaire be completed and returned to me. During the initial consultation I will assess your general health and symptoms, family and health history, dietary and lifestyle habits and digestive function. Then with your goals in mind, an individual health and lifestyle plan can be devised. These may include dietary changes as well as nutritional supplementation if necessary. Often interpretation of test results from a client’s GP or hospital may be necessary, and if appropriate we may also discuss functional diagnostic testing options which I can organise through a number of private laboratories.
