Hello! I'm Claire, a health and hormone nutritionist specialising in general health, female health, weight loss, hormones, stress, PCOS, energy, sleep, fitness and disease prevention.
I am currently studying a London-based Masters in Clinical Nutrition and expanding my 1-1 client base.
I specialise in all things health, nutrition and fitness... but in particular my knowledge areas are within hormonal health, healthy sustainable weight loss, female health, PCOS, fertility, chronic disease prevention and diabetes prevention. I also train in calisthenics and weight lifting, so I have sports nutrition knowledge and interest within sports and fitness.
I empower people to take health and nutrition into their own hands, and educate individuals on what food their body needs to thrive.

I specialise in female health and hormones, specifically in helping you get in tune with your body so that your hormones, metabolism, skin, energy, sleep, mood and body can thrive. I have substantial experience in working with women with PCOS, prediabetes, hormonal conditions and those looking for weight loss solutions. I work with clients 1-1 (or in groups if specifically requested) to really get to know and understand your diet, body, symptoms, imbalances and issues. I will ask you a lot about your lifestyle, dietary habits and exercise in order to get a detailed picture of your health and well-being. As a specialist in hormones, female health and sustainable weight loss, I will work with you to create a tailored plan that can help you get the most out of food and nutrition - specifically for what your body needs and to address hormonal imbalances you have. My knowledge helps clients lose weight sustainably, balance hormones, manage PCOS, prevent and manage diabetes, improve skin, energy, sleep and general overall better health.

We vet, research and remove coaches and clients on a best endeavours basis when a breach of our policies has occurred. We are not liable for any issues that occur while using connections facilitated through our platform.

Profile assessment - Coaches who apply to list on our site are assessed before approval.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
