About the session
I specialise in female health and hormones, specifically in helping you get in tune with your body so that your hormones, metabolism, skin, energy, sleep, mood and body can thrive. I have substantial experience in working with women with PCOS, prediabetes, hormonal conditions and those looking for weight loss solutions.
I work with clients 1-1 (or in groups if specifically requested) to really get to know and understand your diet, body, symptoms, imbalances and issues. I will ask you a lot about your lifestyle, dietary habits and exercise in order to get a detailed picture of your health and well-being. As a specialist in hormones, female health and sustainable weight loss, I will work with you to create a tailored plan that can help you get the most out of food and nutrition - specifically for what your body needs and to address hormonal imbalances you have.
