I am a Nutrition Coach and I help people manage eating, nutrition and weight healthily, in a structured way which is completely focused on them and their personal situation. I invest time to put together something which works for individuals.
People often don’t get results because diets or plans are generic but my belief is nutrition and eating is about much more than just a meal plan:
* Daily routine
* Past experiences
* Food preferences
* Available time
All of the above, and more, play a part. The approach has to fit in with the client and they need to be comfortable with it to get long term results.
No foods are off-limit and my approach allows clients to reach their goals whilst enjoying the process and without putting your life on hold.
My aim: clients leave me feeling empowered to maintain what they’ve achieved or continue their weight-loss journey with confidence and self-awareness. The goal is real, long-lasting change achieved in a way which fits into your life, changes your approach and your mindset.
I grappled with diet culture for over 30 years. I then chose to get educated and got a qualification in Nutrition and Weight Management, and combined with my personal experience, I now help clients, who have been dieting without success, find a better way to lose weight.
My clients are not starving themselves, denying themselves their favourite foods, feeling hungry all the time or putting their social lives on hold.
I am a coach whose motivation comes from clients’ success.

About the session
1.Where are we now? Client questionnaire Dietary analysis (via food 3-day food diary which should be sent prior to first session) 2. Where do we want to go? Initial consultation 2 days after food diary submitted (ideally 90 mins via video call): goal setting, discussion of current diet and eating history; establishing plan to reach your goal 3.How are we going to get there? Personalised nutrition targets will be agreed; practical actions and suggested eating plans which are in line with goals and your lifestyle will be suggested Behaviours around food and eating will be discussed and a plan will be put in place to change behaviours which may be holding clients back. 4. Enjoying the journey! I offer 1:1 coaching every step of the way and I want clients to leave me feeling better than when they started – this is a process which brings positive change which I will encourage clients to embrace and enjoy. Clients will never feel alone or not listened to and I will be there for accountability, reassurance an to celebrate their wins with them! To get the best out of the coaching services, it is recommended that check-in sessions are booked weekly to monitor and adjust methods further best results. Generally, 12 sessions is a good time frame for clients to see real, tangible progress.

This is an independent platform that facilitates the connection of sports coaches and clients through enabling coaches to create profiles. We vet, research and remove coaches and clients on a best endeavours basis when a breach of our policies has occurred. We are not liable for any issues that occur while using connections facilitated through our platform.

Profile assessment - Coaches who apply to list on our site are assessed before approval.
Reviews - Our community is built on transparency. Reviews for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients enforce this.
Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capabilities to be able to communicate with coaches through our instant messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud, but we hold no liability for any actions of coaches or customers operating these systems.
Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session entails.

Our zero-tolerance policy
We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we endeavour to take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.
Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal and physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.
Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful.
Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised.
Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards.
Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended.
Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.
