~ PRICE INCLUDES 3 CONSULTATIONS ~ As a Nutritional Therapist, I help my clients to achieve optimal health and well-being through personalized nutrition guidance with the support of herbal medicine, supplementation and lifestyle advices. Prior to our first consultation, you fill in a questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. First consultation lasts 1 hour, follow-ups 30 minutes. The £100 package includes 3 meetings - 1st consultation (60min), 2nd consultation (30min), 3rd consultation (30min). During our first appointment I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health status, lifestyle, and dietary habits. After our initial meeting, I will develop an individualized plan based on your unique needs, health goals, and any existing medical conditions. The protocol will include a nutritional plan, lifestyle changes, supplements and recipes. I provide ongoing support and motivation to my clients to help them adhere to their nutrition plans, hence you will have unlimited e-mail access to me personally as questions arise. On our 2nd meeting (roughly after a week) we will meet again to check on how you doing and if there is any adjustment that need to be made to the plan. Then, on our 3rd appointment, after 2 weeks of our 2nd appointment, we will update your plan depending on your progress.
