We represent coaches from 50+ sports and wellness activities and find them clients and extra revenue streams.

We provide all the business features, necessary for sporting sessions including a client base, personal profiles, instant chats, an integrated video system, and session scheduling.

We organise collaborations and curated travel experiences, that will help steer your coaching business to another level.

Your safety is our top priority

SPORTSESSION is a platform that facilitates the connection between sports coaches and users.

Each coach who wishes to join our platform is checked and vetted by us personally. We continue to vet our coaches on a frequent basis and any who don’t meet our high standers are not accepted.

Based on this, we encourage all our members to use our platform for all interactions and booking of sessions.

Here are just some of the measures we do to increase the safety of our users:

Profile assessment - All coaches who apply to be on our site are assessed before approval. No matter how famous they are. We ask them to provide proof that they have no criminal record, via a DBS check.

Reviews - Our community is built on transparency and trust, so we encourage everyone to leave reviews after a session for both clients to coaches and coaches to clients, which we monitor and show on the site.

Fraud prevention - Our site provides the capability to be able to communicate with coaches through our messaging system, and to pay for sessions securely. This reduces the possibility of fraud.

Details covered - We strive for coaches to provide as much information as possible about their sport or wellness activity to ensure the user knows what a session will entail.

Support – At the moment our live support is available during business hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, outside of these hours, please send us a message and we will get back to you asap. Our contact details can be found in bottom of this page. We are looking to increase this coverage soon.

In case of an emergency please contact the relevant authorities on the appropriate numbers. 

Our zero-tolerance policy

We cannot express how important your safety is to us therefore we do our best to implement a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any of the below rules are found to be broken, we will take immediate action by issuing warnings and banning accounts.

Abusive behaviour - Any abuse in either verbal or physical form between coaches and clients; this includes, bullying, racism and hate speech.

Authenticity - Misrepresentation will break the trust of our community. Make sure all the details and information you provide about yourself are truthful. 

Breaking Commitments – If consistent behaviour is shown in not delivering a service that was promised. 

Reliability - Coaches should ensure the facilities they provide reach industry standards. 

Taking clients off the platform - If a coach is found to take business off our platform their account will be immediately suspended. This is to protect the safety of our users. 

Unresponsiveness – If coaches fail to communicate with clients after three warnings they will be removed from the platform.

It is completely free to sign up and list as a coach.

You set your own desired hourly rate. We only take 10% away from your bookings.

How to attract more clients to your sporting activities

You will receive both a text and an email notification. From there you will be able to either approve, reschedule or decline the booking.

You will receive both a text and an email notification. You will be taken to the website where you can respond from the website directly through our seamless instant messaging system.

No problem! We have an integrated video call system where you can conduct your coaching online without leaving the website. Simply select the option to offer online only when creating your offers.

If you have experience coaching more than one sport, then you can make multiple offers on your profile.

Create your profile using your strongest offer. Once approved, you will be able to add new offers by selecting “offers” on the top navigation menu then choosing “create new activity.”

You will receive your payments via bank transfer. When you have completed your first paid session email [email protected] and he will provide you with a template to complete.

We pay coaches within 10 working days.

If a client fails to attend the session, you will still be paid for the hourly rate arranged beforehand.
This is only applicable if the session is not cancelled 24-hours before the session is scheduled to take place.

SPORTSESSION.COM holds no responsibility for any accidents that may occur during the session.
The coach is advised to arrange their own insurance.
